About the Course

In this 8-week hybrid course, you'll learn to become a professional mediator.  You will receive training that provides the foundation for mediation in all 50 states in the USA.  By the end of this course, you will be able to mediate diverse forms of difficult conflicts between people in a variety of different circumstances. You will learn how to transform conflict into genunie collaboration. People want to learn mediatioin because they care about human relationships.  At the end of this training, you'll be able to care for others while you earn an income.  We want to help you learn to help others.

My work bridges research and real-world practice, combining academic expertise with hands-on experience in conflict resolution, organizational communication, and leadership development.
